This video came to me by some strange confluence of events. I stumbled on the Youtube video of the band Sweet and their great song “Ballroom Blitz” and it reminded me of the pure chaos of everything Trump does and the hook of his obsession with building a new ballroom.
The initial sequence of lead singer Brian Connolly going “Are you ready, Steve” supplied the first part. Steve would be Stephen Miller. Then I could overlay Trump’s voice to both serve as Trump acting like a king, and injecting some ridiculous bits into the song.
Ballroom Blitz is the ultimate rock anthem of chaos, and the chaos is the point of the Trump administration. After the are you ready sequence it goes into complete crazy but as we’ve seen not everything works and is popular with the American people.
